The "Childlike Dream" sales center is not your typical property showroom. It's a space where childhood memories and adult dreams converge, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers of all ages. The design is a testament to Wen's ability to inject emotion into architecture, turning every piece of furniture and decoration into a meaningful part of the story.
The 2500-square-meter project includes a lobby, negotiation area, leisure area, and model room area. Each space is carefully designed to evoke a sense of warmth and comfort. The negotiation area, for example, features a pink palette and a variety of design elements, from abstract decorations to flowing floors, creating a dreamy atmosphere conducive to negotiation.
One of the unique features of the "Childlike Dream" is its leisure area. Designed for families who need a space to rest during negotiations, the leisure area combines the senses of future, childhood, and dream to create a welcoming space. The use of red and blue colors, along with the comfortable furnishings, give customers the feeling of being at home.
Wen's design is not just about aesthetics, though. It's also about functionality. Unlike traditional sales centers that focus solely on luxury, the "Childlike Dream" offers practical and flexible function areas. This approach not only attracts customers but also makes the space more usable and efficient.
The "Childlike Dream" is a testament to Wen's innovative approach to design. It's a space that not only serves its purpose as a sales center but also provides a unique experience for its visitors. It's no surprise that this design won the Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2021, a testament to its creativity, technical excellence, and artistic skill.
